ABOUT MERIALLEN CAYSEN

MeriAllen hails from Nashville, TN but moved to Texas to pursue education at Texas State University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography with a minor in journalism in San Marcos.

She currently works in Portland, Oregon.

MeriAllen's practice today is largely concerned with portraiture. She fell in love with self-portraiture while in undergrad, but has always loved creating photos of people, for people.
